		<description>I use gmail as my IMAP server. It is fast and works well with Mail.app, my blackberry, my iPod Touch, and as a webclient. Even the webclient has offline access. And if it takes 5 minutes for your client to do another pull from the server, 5 minutes is 5 minutes.</description>
